Security
Only authorized personnel have access to the premises of the Forensik.IT GmbH. They are subject to regular security checks by the police.
Our associates are obligated by contract to observe the following regulations:
- § 1 of the law about the formal obligation of non-appointed persons, dated 2 March 1974 (BGBI S. 547)
- § 201 paragraph 3 STGB - Offense against the confidentiality of the spoken word
- § 203 paragraph 2,4 and 5 STGB - Offense against personal secrets
- § 204 StGB - Utilization of third person secrets
- §§ 331, 332 STGB - Unlawful acceptance of benefits and corruptibility
- § 353 b STGB - Offense against the official secret
Evidence and files are transported by reliable and certified forwarding agents.
Our system for court-exhibits and the management of orders ensures that orders are processed correctly. Thus, the loss or mix-up of evidence and other data and information carriers can be excluded.
The evaluations are performed on our premises, which are secured and approved by the police, and reports are prepared there exclusively.
All of the facilities and processes correspond to the specifications of the consultation service for technical prevention of the criminal police of the Police Headquarters, Munich.
